At Drones Miami, we are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and professional shopping experience for all our customers across Florida and the United States. Every product we sell is brand‑new, factory‑sealed, and covered by official manufacturer warranty.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Drones Miami is fully responsible for ensuring that your order is shipped securely and delivered in perfect condition.
- Miami‑Dade & Broward: Express delivery within 4–8 hours.
- Other U.S. States: Delivery within 2–5 business days depending on location.
All shipments include tracking and insurance. If any issue arises with your order, our team will contact you immediately to resolve it or reschedule delivery.
General Return Conditions
Before returning any item, please read the following guidelines. You may also contact our customer support team for assistance.
All returned products must be in their original condition. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering cannot be accepted.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns outside this period cannot be processed unless previously approved by our support team.
Wrong or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item different from what you ordered:
- We will cover all shipping costs for the exchange.
- You may also request a full refund, including shipping and processing fees.
The incorrect item must be returned in unused condition.
Returns for Replacement or Refund
1. Quality‑Related Issues
If a product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, Drones Miami will provide a replacement or full refund once the item is returned and inspected. The product must not show signs of intentional damage or misuse.
2. Non‑Quality Returns
If a customer wishes to return a product for personal reasons (no defect), the following applies:
- A refund of 85% of the product value will be issued.
- The remaining 15% covers shipping, handling, and processing fees.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations Before Shipping
If an order is canceled before it is shipped, no additional fees apply.
Wrong Items Shipped
If Drones Miami confirms that an incorrect product was shipped, we will provide:

- Coverage of all return and reshipment costs
